Common questions

Answers before you ask.

Looking to join the network as a merchant, reseller (individuals or merchants providing reseller and field services) or affiliate (individuals providing referrals only)? Visit our Become a Reseller or Affiliate page, this section is for corporate clients.

What kind of brands typically partner with Tuu Post?+

Telecoms, ISPs, fintechs, HR, financial, travel and tourism businesses, e-commerce and online retailers, any organisation or brand that needs to reach individual, and small-business customers in places where current distribution channels under-deliver. We work with both household-name corporates and growing brands.

How long does a typical campaign take?+

Most engagements move from briefing to a regional campaign start in roughly six weeks. Scaling province-by-province takes anywhere from three to twelve months depending on the service, technology integration and field training required.

How is the network managed and supervised?+

Every Tuu Post reseller (individuals or merchants providing reseller and field services) and affiliate (individuals providing referrals only) is vetted, trained and supported before activation, and paired with a regional rep. Every transaction is logged with audit-grade evidence, and brand partners get near real-time reporting dashboards.

What's the commercial model?+

Most engagements combine a setup and training fee with a per-transaction or per-outcome rate. We're transparent about what each component costs, and we structure terms so the merchant, reseller (individuals or merchants providing reseller and field services) and affiliate (individuals providing referrals only) network benefits in step with your usage of our services.

Can you support our e-commerce and digital commerce services?+

Yes. We extend online businesses into the physical last mile, cash-in / cash-out at the counter for unbanked shoppers, assisted checkout and onboarding, click-and-collect and returns through local outlets, and proof-of-delivery evidencing. Merchants, resellers (individuals or merchants providing reseller and field services) and affiliates (individuals providing referrals only) become your storefront wherever card-only or app-only channels fall short.

How do you help customers without cards or bank accounts pay online?+

Shoppers can pay cash at any Tuu Post supported merchant or reseller (individuals or merchants providing reseller and field services) outlet against an online order, top up a digital wallet, or settle with a voucher or reference code. The transaction reconciles to your checkout in near real time, so a cash-based customer completes a digital purchase without ever needing a card.

Can you run our online store or marketplace listings for us?+

Yes. We can build and manage storefronts, product catalogues and marketplace listings, and handle order management, digital payments and customer support end-to-end, or plug into the platform you already run.

What digital marketing and customer acquisition do you offer online?+

Performance campaigns, WhatsApp and SMS journeys, social commerce and conversational selling, all measured against sales and sign-ups rather than impressions.

How do you handle digital onboarding, KYC and data security?+

Onboarding, FICA / KYC capture and consent are handled digitally with audit-grade evidence, whether the customer signs up online or is assisted by a Tuu Post reseller (an individual or merchant providing reseller and field services). Data is processed in line with POPIA, and you get near real-time reporting on every step of the funnel.

Can you integrate with our existing systems?+

Yes. Our platform exposes APIs for transaction reporting, customer onboarding, KYC capture and all data. We're always glad to integrate with our clients' core systems, and we welcome your tech team to work directly with ours.

Where exactly do you operate?+

All nine South African provinces. Density is highest in Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal and the Western Cape, with growing coverage in Limpopo, Mpumalanga, Eastern Cape, Free State, North West and Northern Cape.
