Why we exist
Our three pillars
Dignified access to services.
We bring services to communities the formal economy has historically passed by, with the seriousness it deserves.
Cash-in, cash-out, bill payments, savings and now travel bookings, accessible at the corner store, in everyday language, with no banking app required.
Connectivity, devices, training and assisted-digital services that put the online world within reach, where data signal stops and self-serve never started.

I was already doing printing, stationery and internet access. Tuu Post just made everything I do bigger.

The product training is easy. I always get support and answers when I need help. I feel looked-after.

Resellers, affiliates & youth ambassadors
ResellersOur field resellers (individuals or merchants providing reseller and field services) go where data signal stops, to schools, taxi ranks, mining hostels and community halls. They onboard customers, capture KYC, deliver products and explain new services in the languages people actually speak.
Each reseller (individuals or merchants providing reseller and field services) is verified, trained, and paired with a regional supervisor, and every interaction is logged.
Youth ambassadorsOur youth-ambassador programme, piloted in Tembisa, Gauteng trains the next generation of community entrepreneurs to operate as digital service points where they live. It's how we keep talent local and the network sustainable.
More than half of the ambassadors recruited in the last cohort were women.
Featured partnership
TravelFor most South African families, holidays at a Dream Hotels & Resorts property were once out of reach, not just by cost, but by access. There were no trusted channels to book them in their communities. This campaign is changing that.
Operating across five Tuu Post stores, three in Soweto, one in Alexandra, one in Tembisa, the programme lets customers book trips face-to-face, with flexible payment. Store owners earn commission on every booking and act as travel-sector micro-agents.
Across Soweto, Alexandra and Tembisa, 2025.
Annual collective savings in South Africa, a perfect fit for group travel planning.
Plans to roll out across more communities through 2026.
By embedding services into township businesses, many of which already serve as trusted payment and admin points, we empower the local economy.
Be part of it
If your organisation has a CSI, ESG or shared-value programme aimed at South African communities, the Tuu Post network is a credible, audit-grade way to deliver it.
